This matter has come before this court on a motion filed by Pennbank seeking, inter alia, relief from the automatic stay. In response to the motion, the debtor has submitted a proposed plan of reorganization under which the debtor intends to retain his equity interest in property of the estate, including, inter alia, the property which is subject to Pennbank’s mortgage. The bank is undersecured. The issue is whether the debtor’s proposed plan constitutes a sufficient response to Pennbank’s motion; i.e., is the plan capable of confirmation and can it be…
