Abbondandolo v. Lishansky

—In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review the determination of the Nassau County Police Academy dated July 28, 1989, which dismissed the petitioner as a probationary recruit, the petitioner appeals from (1) a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Burke, J.), entered October 23, 1989, which dismissed the petition, and (2) an order of the same court, dated December 8, 1989, which denied his application for reargument.

Ordered that the appeal from the order is dismissed; and it is further,
