DECISION

Appellant Augusto Reis, Jr. ("Reis") appeals from the decision of a Hearing Officer of the Department of Business Regulation ("DBR") that affirmed a decision of DBR that denied his application for an insurance producer's license on the grounds that he had been convicted of three felony offenses for possession of a stolen motor vehicle, possession of a motor vehicle with altered vehicle identification numbers and conspiracy.
