This appeal involves a question of insurance coverage of losses resulting from a fire which consumed a house owned by the Plaintiff Robert W. Gredig, Jr. (“Robert”), under a homeowner’s policy issued to Robert by the Defendant. At the time of the fire, Robert had vacated his house, and it was then being occupied by Robert’s brother, the Plaintiff Donald J. Gredig (“Donald”), and the latter’s wife, the Plaintiff Anita Gredig.
