{¶ 1} Joe McLendon, Ralph William Jr., Joseph Makuch, Franklin Wilson, Richard Reinoehl, Robert Mustard, Howard Carter, and Carl McDonaldson each worked at a plant in Lorain, Ohio, owned and operated by appellant, United States Steel Corporation, f.k.a. USX Corporation (“U.S. Steel”).
