This action came before the trial court on Appellant’s application for contempt citation which charged Appellee willfully disobeyed the court’s order in the parties’ 1976 divorce decree. The parties stipulated that Appellee was delinquent in his child support payments but disputed the amount of the arrearage. Appellant claimed that Appellee stopped paying child support in August, 1981.
