This is an action for property damage caused by a collision between respondent’s (plaintiff’s) Pontiac automobile, driven by him, and two cattle, owned by one of the appellants (defendants), which had strayed onto the public highway from an enclosure owned by the appellants, and involves the “Stock Law” of Missouri, relative to restraining domestic animals from running at large.
