In this case of insurance law novelty, plaintiff has sued for a loss of $26,355.59 allegedly sustained as a direct result of loss or damage to his records of accounts receivable insured under a policy issued by defendant covering all risk of loss of or damage to the insured’s records of accounts receivable.
