This proceeding was initiated upon the petition of the executors for the purpose of obtaining a determination as to whether the residence of the decedent at the time of his death was *519in the State of New York or in the State of Connecticut. In theii petition the executors stated that a claim had been asserted by-Connecticut that Mr. Benjamin died a resident of the town of Greenwich in that State and that Connecticut was willing to litigate the question of residence in this court.
