I. Appeal from the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis. Suit in equity for accounting. Plaintiff, administrator of Bridget Prendiville who died in St. Louis, October 12, 1915, alleges in his petition in substance, as follows: That said Bridget was the wife of Maurice Prendiville who died March 3, 1905; that in 1904 and 1905 said Maurice withdrew from the bank and gave his wife various sums of money aggregating $2230.40, which said Bridget at the time, entrusted to defendant Adele Prendiville, the daughter of herself and her said husband, together with rents amounting to $1542.50, which…
