Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (O’Dwyer, J.), rendered November 29, 1985, convicting him of assault in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Although the defendant contends that his guilt was not proven beyond a reasonable doubt based upon the seeming inconsistencies in the testimony of the police witnesses, that testimony presented questions of credibility properly resolved by the jury in favor of the People.
