This was an action for the alleged wrongful conversion of mortgaged cattle. The appeal is from an order overruling plaintiff’s demurrer to portions of defendant’s answer.

In plaintiff’s petition it was alleged (1) that plaintiff is a banking corporation organized and existing under the laws of Texas, with its place of business and post-office address at Dalhart, Tex.; (2) that defendant is a corporation organized under the laws of Missouri and authorized to do business in Kansas and has its principal place of business and registered office…
