Appellant Jack Wayne Teague appeals the judgment of the Crawford County Circuit Court convicting him of two counts of aggravated assault and sentencing him to serve consecutive terms of six years’ imprisonment on each count. This appeal presents issues involving our interpretation of constitutional and statutory provisions, thus our jurisdiction is pursuant to Ark. Sup. Ct.
