Appellant here brings before ns for review a decision of the Commissioner of Patents affirming the decision of the Examiner of Interferences dismissing appellant’s notice of opposition and holding that appellee is entitled, under the Trade-Mark Act of February 20, 1905, to register his trade-mark “Norma” for use on “boiler compounds, soot destroyers, and rust solvents.”
