MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER Jean De Dieu Simo, a citizen and resident of Cameroon, alleges that JD Euroway Bancorp & Trust and its owners, Zephir and Astou Fritz, agreed to transfer nearly a million dollars of Simo’s into an investment account in the United States.
