The plaintiff, hereinafter referred to as Cuba Mail, and Agwilines, Inc., hereinafter referred to as Agwilines, were at all times pertinent herein wholly-owned subsidiaries of Atlantic Gulf and West Indies Steamship Lines, Inc., a Maine corporation, hereinafter referred to as AGWI.
