This matter is before the court upon the demurrer of Defendants United States Fidelity & Guaranty Co. and Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Co. (hereinafter jointly referred to as USF&G) to the Motion for Judgment of Plaintiff Stromberg Sheet Metal Works, Inc. (Stromberg).
