The Texas Certified Cottonseed Breeders’ Association filed this suit against C. C. Aldridge to recover a certain sum of money alleged to have been an advancement on certified cottonseed delivered by C. C. Aldridge to the association pursuant to a certain marketing agreement executed by them. The case was tried before the court without a jury upon an agreed statement of facts and judgment was rendered by the court in favor of Aldridge.
