KELLER, Judge.
The Carter Circuit Court convicted General Jackson Tackett, III (Tackett) of two counts of first degree sexual abuse and three counts of first degree sodomy of two victims, Sarah and Nicholas.1 The court sentenced Tackett to thirty (30) years’ imprisonment. He appeals his sentence as a matter of right under Ky. Const. § 110(2)(b). Tackett raises eight issues on appeal.
