Appeal from order, Family Court, New York County (Douglas E. Hoffman, J.), entered on or about June 11, 2014, which granted respondent mother’s motion, upon petitioner father’s default, to dismiss his petition seeking modification of an order of custody, unanimously dismissed, without costs. Order, same court and Judge, entered on or about July 23, 2015, which denied petitioner’s motion to vacate his default, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
No appeal lies from the order entered upon petitioner’s default (see Benitez v Olson, 29 AD3d 503 [2d Dept 2006]).
