On October 30, 1995, following the conclusion of the 341(a) meeting, the chapter 7 2 trustee filed an “Objection to the Two Individual Retirement Accounts Claimed as Exempt by Debtor; and Request for Order Authorizing Objection to Proceed as a Contested Matter” (the “objection”). In response the debtor filed a motion to deny the objection claiming that the trustee’s objection did not conform to the local rules. At the hearing on the debtor’s motion, the bankruptcy court denied the debtor’s motion and deemed the trustee’s objection to be a motion for an extension…
