Pursuant to Article 66(a), Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 866(a),1 the Judge Advocate General of the Air Force assigns appellate judges to the United States Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals.2 The Judge Advocate General of the Air Force assigned a Member of Congress, Senator Lindsey O.
