Don Meredith Cottee (appellant) was convicted of one count of aggravated malicious wounding, in violation of Code § 18.2-51.2; one count of malicious wounding, in violation of Code § 18.2-51; and one count of felony hit and run, in violation of Code § 46.2-894.
