OPINION

GARCIA, Judge.

Defendant was charged with kidnapping and first degree criminal sexual penetration, contrary to NMSA 1978, Section 30-4-1(A) and Section 30-9-11 (Repl.Pamp. 1984). Prior to trial, defendant filed a motion to exclude all in-eourt identifications made by the victim. Additionally, defendant moved for a change of venue and for individual voir dire of prospective jurors. His motions were denied and at trial, evidence was presented concerning the victim’s photographic identification of defendant. The victim also made an in-court identification.
