FORET, Judge.

This is a suit for specific performance of a real estate development agreement. Plaintiff, Ronald J. Foreman, Executor of the Succession of J.Y. Foreman, sued to specifically enforce the agreement by having J. Boring Montgomery1 and Michael Montgomery2 sell certain property located in Lafayette Parish. This case was tried before a jury. On the basis of the jury’s answers to four interrogatories, the trial court ordered defendants to convey to plaintiff all of their interest in Boring Woods Subdivision.
