Appeal from a judgment (denominated order) of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County (Donald A. Greenwood, J.), entered January 16, 2014. The judgment granted the motion of defendants seeking summary judgment dismissing the complaint and summary judgment on their counterclaim, declared that defendants are the lawful owners of the disputed property and denied plaintiffs cross motion for summary judgment.
