MEMORANDUM OPINION

JERRY A. BROWN, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter comes before the Court upon the motion for sanctions for willful viola tion of the automatic stay filed by United States Abatement Corporation (“USA” or “debtor”). USA requests sanctions against Mobil Exploration & Producing U.S., Inc. (“Mobil”), and its attorneys of record, James McMichael and the law firm of Lis-kow & Lewis, for willfully violating the provisions of 11 U.S.C. § 362.
