This cause is before the court upon questions of doubt and importance, certified by the Superior Court, under authority of Section 36, Chapter 289, General Laws, 1909, arising upon the following facts. January 2, 1920, Wenceslao Borda, a resident of the State of New York filed in the Superior Court for the county of Providence, his petition for absolute divorce from his wife, Avice Borda, a resident of the town of Narragansett in the county of Washington.
