The appellants, John Heubauer and Catherine Heubauer, bis wife, plaintiffs in tire court below, are the owners of a tract of land in Baltimore County, near the Baltimore City line, containing about twenty and one-half acres. Air. Heubauer was .a trucker, and he and his wife purchased the property in 1888 for the purpose of establishing a truck farm, and have lived there ever since.
