This is an appeal on questions of law from the Common Pleas Court of Miami County, Ohio.

On October 23, 1956, Gladys Williams, the plaintiff, appellee herein, procured a judgment of divorce from Dwight Williams, the defendant, appellant herein.

In its decree, the trial court included the following paragraph :

“It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed by the court that the said marriage relation now existing between said parties be and the same is now here dissolved, and that the said parties are hereby released therefrom, and it appearing to the court that said parties have entered into a…
