This is an appeal from a decree of distribution in the Orphans’ Court of Allegheny County. The facts are not in dispute and are correctly set forth in the opinion of the court below by Mitchell, J., for the court en banc, from which we quote: “This case comes before us on exceptions to the decree of distribution in the estate of Ellis D.
