On December 9, 1977, an informal complaint 1 was filed with the Disciplinary Board of the North Dakota Supreme Court against Jerome L. Jaynes [“Jpynes”], a licensed North Dakota attorney, alleging that he had neglected to complete heirship proceedings in the estates of Justine Weikum, Ida Weikum Noyes, and Christine Clendenen, for more than four years after he had accepted a $900 retainer fee.
