DAVISON, J.,

The Illinois Life Insurance Company brought suit in the district court of Tulsa county on a promissory note in the sum of $4,500 and for foreclosure of a real estate mortgage on the S. W.% of section 35, township 19 north, range 13 east, located in Tulsa county, Okla., securing same.

The note and mortgage were executed by Laura Parks individually and as trustee and independent executrix of the estate of O. E.
