Appeal from the Circuit Court of Kankakee county; the Hon. Franklin Blades, Judge, presiding.

1Per curiam

The final decree was rendered in this cause on the 29th of September, 1879, and an appeal allowed upon appellant filing bond in twenty days from date of decree. The bond was filed, but no certificate of evidence prepared and signed by the judge trying the cause.-

On the second day of the present term of this court, a certified copy of the decree and bond was filed in this court, but no motion was made within the first two days of the term, for an extension of the time to file transcript of the record of the court below.
