This suit was instituted by the appellees against appellant, and by their amended petition, upon which the case was tried, they alleged, in substance: That on the 18th day of March, 1911, the appellees purchased from the appellant and one M. T. Skinner 106 shares of the capital stock of the Hardwick Abbott Manufacturing Company, a corporation organized under the laws of Texas. That said shares were of the par value of $100 per share, and the appellees purchased said shares for the sum of $160 per share.
