Michael Todd Hilton appeals as a matter of right from a judgment of the Hardin Circuit Court sentencing him to life imprisonment for murder, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, operating a motor vehicle under influence of alcohol which impairs driving ability, and for being a first-degree persistent felony offender.
