This is a summary proceeding brought to evict the tenant upon the ground of nuisance.

The number of proceedings brought in this court on the ground of nuisance warrants, a re-examination of the nature of the claim and the extent to which it may be carried. The Bent Begulation for Housing (8 Fed. Beg. 14663), promulgated by the Office of Price Administration under the authority vested in it by the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942 (U. S.
