Harvey, J.:

This was an action by a judgment creditor of J. E. Hardesty to subject certain real property, the title of which was in *883the name of Emery M. Fairchilds, to the payment of plaintiff’s judgment against Hardesty. The sole defendants were Fairchilds and his wife. The trial court made findings of fact and rendered judgment for plaintiff. Defendants have appealed.
