This matter is before the court on Plaintiffs’ second motion for a temporary restraining order (“TRO”) and permanent injunction. In their first motion for TRO, filed June 11, 2012, Plaintiffs sought either to have their names restored to the ballot for the June 12, 2012 primary election or to postpone the primary election until this court could resolve the issues raised in this action.
