I think the demurrer to the petition was properly sustained.

As stated in othe opinion of the court, the controversy concerns four separate blocks of bonds. Three blocks of these bonds are alleged to have been delivered by the defendant bank to the Finneys, and by Ronald Finney delivered to the plaintiffs; one block (of $25,000) is charged to have been delivered by Ronald Finney to the defendant bank, and then at the direction of Ronald Finney, delivered to plaintiffs by the defendant bank.
