This case is related to In re R.K.S., 905 A.2d 201, 2006 WL 2167256 (D.C.2006), which we also decide today. T.H. and R.K.S. are brothers who were tried together and adjudicated in the Superior Court’s Family Division — Juvenile Branch on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle (“UUV”) and receiving stolen property (“RSP”).
