ORDER
BUA, District Judge.
In their amended complaint, plaintiffs Dynabest Inc., (“Dynabest”), Dynabest (Hong Kong) Ltd., (“Dynabest H.K.”), and Dalvey Products Supply Ltd., (“Dalvey”) bring a host of state and federal claims against defendants Jeff Yao, Midas-Lin Co., Ltd., (“M-L”), and Midas-Lin Chicago, Ltd., (“Midas”). Defendants Yao and Midas move to dismiss Count VII which alleges common law fraud and Counts VIII-X which allege violations of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (“RICO”), 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq.
