This action was commenced by the Joint Union School Board of Education and the Union County School Corporation Board of School Trustees (Employers) to judicially review, pursuant to IND.CODE 4-22-1-1 et seq., the decision and order of the Indiana -Education Employment Relations Board (IEERB) in an unfair practice proceeding. The IEERB concluded that the Employers had committed an unfair practice against its teachers in violation of the Certificated Educational Employee Bargaining Act, IND.CODE 20-7.5-1-1 et seq.
