In a matrimonial action in which the parties were divorced by judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered May 16, 1995, the defendant appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Spolzino, J.), entered May 6, 2002, as determined that the plaintiff was entitled to child support and awarded the plaintiff $875 per month plus arrears.

Ordered that order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof awarding the plaintiff $875 per month plus arrears; as so modified, the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from,…
