OPINION AND ORDER
CHILSON, District Judge.
The plaintiff, the Denver and Rio Grande Western Railroad Company, seeks review of an arbitration award granted by Public Law Board No. 862 under the Railway Labor Act, 45 U.S.C. § 153, Second, in favor of H. B. Black-ett, one of its employees, and the United Transportation Union (Switchmen), both of whom are the original defendants in this action.
