This is a sequel to Clayton v. Taylor, 223 Ga. 346 (155 SE2d 387). Following the final judgment in that case recognizing the right of the Sheriff of Jenkins *719County to perform certain acts without interference from the county commissioners, the sheriff filed a petition “against Jenkins County, through its Board of Commissioners, Stanley Clayton, George M. Reynolds and Lester Brinson, seeking to recover the amount of attorney’s fees incurred by him in that litigation.”
