In this proceeding to settle the account of the executors there are two infant respondents who are residents and citizens of Hungary and who have been duly cited. On July 19, 1933, a special guardian was duly appointed for the purpose of appearing for them and taking care of their interests in this proceeding.
On August 29, 1933, the Acting Consul General of Hungary stationed at the port of New York filed a notice of appearance for said infants and an adult party together with a notice of appearance by his authorized attorneys.
