This appeal is from an order of the Larue Circuit Court overruling appellant’s motion to set aside a judicial sale of real property. The facts are submitted by narrative statement.

Appellant instituted a foreclosure action against certain property owners. A judgment and order of sale was entered, and *711the matter referred to the Master Commissioner to conduct the sale.
