This is an action by members of Local 282, International Brotherhood of Teamsters, etc., seeking permanently to restrain other members of Local 282 and Local 282 itself (herein called the Union) from pursuing or permitting a threatened course of conduct which plaintiffs assert contravenes the constitution and by-laws of the Union.
