Transportation, Inc. and Harry Waller, appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court of Baltimore City dismissing their bill for an injunction and an accounting against the defendants, Save Way Stations, Inc., (“Maryland Save Way Stations”) a Maryland corporation, Save Way Stations, Inc., (“Pennsylvania Save Way Stations”) a Pennsylvania corporation, and Meadville Corporation, (“Meadville”) a New Jersey corporation, which owns all of the stock of the first two defendants.
